Loyd Busby Lamps and Shades has been operating in the same location since 1938, making this one of the oldest continuous operating retail establishments in Monterey.  There is ample parking in front of the store as well as a private parking lot in the back of the store.

We offer a complete selection of interior and exterior lighting  as well as one of the largest selections of lamp shades in Central California.

Our Lighting Specialists have over 20 years experience in lighting layout and will help you identify lighting solutions that best meet your residential or light commercial needs.

If you have a favorite lighting fixture in need of repair, including chandeliers, our repair technician can handle the project. "If it has a light bulb in it or on it, chances are we can
fix it."

Custom-made lamps are a specialty of Busby's.  Bring in your favorite decorating accessories and --with few exceptions-- we can convert it into a lamp that will give you years of enjoyment.
